Back to Southern California beaches. At the start of the video you can see Santa Monica Pier many miles away. It's just beaches and beaches everywhere.
Love it! And for me, the beaches are one of the defining features of California the second is Hollywood...

I love Santa Monica ! I just recently stayed at these Laguna vacation rentals as a middle ground for touring Southern California. The beaches in Santa Monica are a lot different than the beaches I am used to on the East Coast. It was a lot less crowded, probably because the beach was so large, and the scenery was absolutely breathtaking. The pier was pretty crowded but once you start walking on the streets, you are able to move your elbows more freely. The only thing that was annoying there, which probably happens else where, was garage parking dilemmas. It was really annoying going into the parking garages when they said there was spaces available, and not be able to find one in over 45 minutes. Had to eventually leave and find parking else where far from the beach. I also wish they had the Coffee Bean Shop home too! Miss those drinks!
