NDP finance critic Peter Julian still has the floor as the budget debate enters a third day. If he can keep going past Thursday, the NDP may indeed be able to successfully deprive every other member in the House the opportunity to share his or her thoughts.
This filibuster could prolong the budget debate past the Easter break. We need to push the debate past Thursday, at which time the house goes on break for 2 weeks.
